Lyvora Fitness – Return & Refund Policy

At Lyvora Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items according to the policy below:

1. Right to Cancel (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your decision, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, you may do so within the 14-day cancellation period. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

4. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless the item is faulty.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / cancellation → return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective or incorrect items → return shipping costs are covered by Lyvora Fitness.

7. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lyvorafitness with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
